Digital Painting Practice
As a part of my own criticism, I wanted to experiment and try out more digital thumbnails for this project compared to my last. Therefore, despite the 'quality' of these thumbnails not being completely eye catching, I have tried to move away from the over use of line art.
My favorites here are the re-created digital thumbnails of the traditional ones (82) & (83). But also numbers (84) and (85) as they have a sense of depth and direction when you look at them.
Loving 85 and 88! ;) the atmosphere feels threatening and the tonal work really pushes this feeling. I love how negative line work slinked back in towards the end as well :D
