After creating and adjusting the face under influence from Audrey Hepburn, I went ahead to try and figure out her hairstyle. I also added a minor adjustment to the face length to make her younger.
I think in order to make her look a bit more like Audrey H. you should try lowering the eyebrows and changing the lips. The lower lip should be bigger than the upper one : )
