After a collaboration with Phil, we have finalized my script for my animation. I have also found my voice actor to play the voice of the Beast. Andrew Piper from Damn Good Voices.

MOON LIT FOREST
Lighting/thunder opens up
the scene
Camera pans down to
distance shot of Silver and Bear in a clearing.
BEAST:
Look at you. How plucky. How
sweet. I’m touched. You’ve come all this way to destroy little old me?
Falling trees and ground
noises are heard around the woods. Black figure (Beast) walks past the camera.

Camera switches to close
up shot of Silver, looking anxious, yet aware. The camera focus switches to the
Bear Prince.
BEAST:
I’ve been expecting you,
of course. After all, my power is much too extraordinary to ignore. This pitiful kingdom you seek to protect is no
place for a being of my magnificence. It offends me. Now watch me raze it to
the ground.
Louder foot steps and tree
breaking can be heard.
CUT
TO FOREST
Distance shot of both
Silver and Bear; through the forest. Black figure walks past camera again,
scaring birds.

BEAST:
CONTINUED
That’s right, prepare for
combat, make a stand. Maybe they’ll sing
songs in honour of your bravery? Maybe the poets will lionize your folly? Or
maybe no one will know what happened here because your bodies will be ash…
(growling groans)
Camera shot of Silver
turning her head as she looks at the Bear Prince. The Bear Prince becomes in
focus (closer to the camera) sniffs the air (twice) and growls.
Magic is a corruption – a
disease - and you and your kind are the cankers in the apple. I will purge this
realm of filth.
LIGHTNING
